Parts and Service Avenue Medical employs factory training technicians to repair and service the equipment we sell. We will service equipment we have not sold. There is an evaluation fee of $85.00 to diagnose your equipment. Labor fees are billed at $85.00/ hr plus any parts that need to be ordered. We will also travel to you to service your equipment. If you have purchased your equipment with Avenue Medical then a travel charge will not be assessed. Our travel fee schedule (originates in Dover, DE):
Billing If your equipment has been purchased through Avenue Medical, we can take care of billing the repairs and work with your insurance company. All repairs must be verified through our service manager to qualify for this service. If you have not purchased your equipment through Avenue Medical, then we can work with you and your insurance company to have you reimbursed for service. This service is based on individual circumstance and may vary depending on the age of your equipment and your insurance company. Service with a smile! Our goal at Avenue Medical is to respond to your service call within 24 hours. We do have equipment to rent if your equipment is down. We offer a limited amount of loaner equipment to clients who have purchased their equipment with us. Our technicians must pass criminal background checks, TB testing and a rigorous training to become a certified technician. Service Manager | |||||
